The 112th International Labor Conference organized by the International Labor Organization (ILO) in Geneva, Switzerland, which started on June 3 and lasted until June 14, was attended by the Minister of Labor and Social Security Prof. Dr. Vedat Işıkhan and representatives of workers, employers and governments from 187 member states of the ILO
Representing Memur-Sen, Mahmut Faruk Doğan, Secretary General of Memur-Sen and President of Sağlık-Sen, Dr. Ahmet Gök, Deputy President of Memur-Sen, and Uğur Müftüoğlu, Nuran Geylan and Gazi Doğan, Foreign Relations Specialists of Memur-Sen, attended the conference and discussed basic labor principles and rights.
Addressing the participants at the General Assembly, Minister Işıkhan shared the steps taken on the current issues of working life and experiences in the fields of employment and social security.
